I use Flickr, think it's the best around. Photobucket destroys the quality as well, so avoid it like plague.

I use imgur, to make it keep the quality, just avoid their auto-resize feature. You have to resize the images yourself.

 

Edit: also, if you resize the photos, try to save it as .png. It holds the original quality, different than .jpg that always lost, even if it is a little.
