My game keeps crashing to desktop when I switch to map. Not always but often...too often.

My PC: intel i7 6700K, rtx3060ti, 16GB RAM, win10.
Game runs through steam and with DS4win for gamepad support, in gyro wheel mode. (I made a special mount for it)

Please help if you can.

It seems, that locking the frame rate in the mvidia control panel has helped. No crash since. I guess when switching to the map the fps skyrocketed and the program could not handle it...
