Managed a 1:20.859. The Formula Rookie is such a fun car to chuck around a track.

I assume they all went 4 wheels over the white line on the last corner to get a time < 1:23 (at least I had to).

That is a great livery on that thing, is it fictional?

Yes. It was one of two competition winners for an LMP Car design contest. The skin was added recently, one of my favourites for the car. All the black parts on the body have small versions of the main logo on it.

I'm pretty sure we'll be able to convince them to bring it back. They just want to make sure it doesn't bring along any bugs (such freedom is hard to test for).

It's pretty much sorted now I think, I haven't experienced any bugs on the latest patch, though I haven't played on Laguna Seca recently and suspect that AI will still crash into the wall on entering the pits :lol:

 

Btw, great photos Loz. The Ginettas are great fun.
