Microsoft have today announced that those of you who have pre-ordered an Xbox One in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland can get stuffed......... will unfortunately not be getting their console in 2013 like the important territories they actually care about other territories such as USA, UK, Spain, Italy and more. They don't even mention Japan so they're obviously dumped, I'm sure they'll get over it though.

Today we’re providing an update to our launch plans for Xbox One. At Xbox, our goal is to provide the best games and entertainment experience possible and the team continues to make great progress on delivering Xbox One.

At E3, we announced that Xbox One would be available in 21 markets around the world at launch. This was an aggressive goal and the team has been working very hard to deliver Xbox One to as many markets as possible.

Our priority is ensuring our customers get the best Xbox One experience the first day it is available. To do that, and in order to meet demand, we have adjusted the number of markets that will receive Xbox One in November to 13 markets, including Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Spain, United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand, in November.

We remain committed to launching Xbox One in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, as soon as possible in 2014.

They do plan on getting to you guys as early as possible in 2014 as they can and they will give you a FREE game others have been playing for months before you as a sorry. So that makes it all good right?

If you are in these markets and have questions about your pre-order, please contact the local retailer where you placed your pre-order. To show our appreciation for your patience, if you have already preordered an Xbox One Day One system before today in those countries, you will also receive a pack-in game with your console when it launches.*

Thank you for your patience – we are grateful for your support and remain committed to delivering the best Xbox One experience for your market.

Like M$ cares about anyone  Doesn't matter, didn't plan on getting this on day one anyways :nods:

Me neither... Hmm, actually maybe yes, in the future if ever Forza will get proper weather effects, new wheels, new tracks, new... new... everything.

I would forzazealot (is that a word?) if I had the monies.

This will only upset the hardcore day-one players and those who just want an excuse to be upset. A lot of people have said they would wait a few months or over a year before upgrading so they'd be better off with the free game. :)

Plus don't EU countries share the same power adapters which would make importing easier?

Importing won't be an option, because the Xbone can only receive it's required one time internet activation + future updates in the supported Xbone launch countries.

We have the three-prong plug of doom!!! Standing on one of them is worse than standing on a LEGO, believe me.

But not as bad as standing on a flower though.

I was starting to restore my faith in Xbone, but this has just completely ruined that. Although it doesn't really affect me, it's stupid and not fair on people who live in these countries. Sony can manage it, so why can't M$? This console is still a joke, no matter how many U-turns they take.

in the UAE we have our 'plug bricks' that will accept all plug types… they're not dodgy at all.

Think I'll still be playing GTA V on my old faithful xb when the XBone is released, so I won't care. :)
