Hey,

Since I found it a hard time to retrieve the links of some great modifications (as they are mostly deleted after awhile on 1-click hosting) I was thinking if it wouldnt be neat to offer them all on a private website.

I have a webspace wich isnt used much right now, and maybe I could upload a collection of released modifications for TDU2 there so everyone can get them through working links. Of course I want to respect the right of the owners, so thats why I am asking around if this would be appreciated as community project or if its not right.

Tell me what you think.

I think the better thing would be if admin was allowed to update the dead links.

Let's say if the link is not fixed in 2-3 days admin can update with there own.

Most mods with dead links can be found on other sites or a quick PM to the right person and done.

Also keep in mind that if Turn 10 (for example) found out that a lot of mods based on their models was stored in one place and had one point of contact it might be more enticing for them to harass that person.
