No really, this is happening :cheeky:

If you're looking for fashion advice, or good at giving it (everyone looks at Mike), this is the thread for you. Go ahead and post any questions, share clothes you're thinking of buying or have bought, or just talk about.. umm.. those cloth things we wear to not be naked.

To kick off the thread, I need major help. I have absolutely no fashion sense, and need a whole lot of clothes. What are the kids wearing these days, and where should I be buying from? I need everything from jeans, lots of t-shirts and a new jacket (not a big coat though!). Any help appreciated

Also, someone bought me a shirt similar to THIS in a grey colour, similar pattern. What do you think? It's taken me about 9 months to accept it might not be hideous.

Printed pattern shirts can be great but they're also extremely popular among certain groups at the moment meaning if you buy one from Topman, River Island, Next etc you're very likely to bump into someone at a big party, in a club or a bar with the same shirt on which to me is like the end of the world :susp:.

Though Farah isn't that big sales wise so you're safe to wear one of their printed shirts. I quite like the cream version of that shirt but it'd be difficult to match something to it, it wouldn't go with everything. Perhaps a navy blue Blazer, and brown brogues.

Once you don't have to wear a suit everyday, you'll feel a bit lost, start planning ahead now :cheeky:

Are you going to Uni? If you wear a suit at uni you'll probably disrupt lectures through people staring at you :p A grad/undergrad job scheme would still possibly have a dress-down friday too.

The idea of dress down fridays to me is so stressful, it's more like dress to impress friday.

Suit everyday may turn out over-dressing... which is not cool.

At college it isn't his choice, it's the uniform :)

Skinny clothes are still cool right?

Depends how skinny.

Well, i've forget that you guys have suits as school uniforms there. Here it's mostly just a shirt with the school logo.

For skinny guys, yes. I don't really see a problem.

Ah... can't disagree. But in some sort of way, skinny clothes normally are fine for skinny guys, because if they get clothes that are too large for them, it accentuate the skinniness too.
