TDU Unofficial Community Carpack - Milli's Patch

Well, i've found out which files are necessary and will release the patch.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CLEAN TDU, OTHERWISE YOUR MODS WILL GET RESETED!!!!

By clean TDU i mean: Patch 1.68, Community Carpack, Project Paradise and JPTH's new slots are necessary. Since this patch changes a few files on the database, your individual/personal mods will get their physics and all the adjustments you made reseted.

IMPORTANT: Only works with US Language. Sorry.

How to install:

Replace the files according to their original place.

C:/Program Files/Atari/Test Drive Unlimited/Euro/BNK

This patch contains:

Shelby 427 suspension fix

GTO "The Judge" suspension fix

BMW M1 Suspension fix

RUF CTR2 added over Carrera GT

Dodge Challenger SRT8 suspension fix and new camera

Dodge Charger SRT8 suspension fix and new camera

Dodge Viper GTS with stripes removed

Diablo SV replaced with side SV decal model

Aventador suspension fix and reduced oversteer

V8 Vantage V600 suspension fix

Civic Type-R new camera and new colors

RX-7 new camera and colors

RX-8 suspension fix and new colors

Evo X suspension fix, new camera and colors

Supra got updated

GT86 new color

WRX STi new camera and colors

240SX added over 300ZX

370Z suspension fix and new colors

GT-R updated and fixed

Mustang Boss suspension fix, new camera and colors

LaFerrari new rear camera and new colors

F50 new colors

XKR-S new camera

Bentley added

Corvette C7 updated with better model

Fiat Coupe suspension fix, new camera and colors

Replaced Models:

Carrera GT -> Norby's RUF CTR2

Viper GTS -> Miha's Viper GTS *No stripe*

Diablo SV -> Tool's Diablo SV

Supra -> Combat's Supra *Newer*

300ZX -> Combat's 240SX

C7 -> PHT's C7 Coupe

GT-R -> Norby's GT-R

P.S. -> This patch contains the necessary files to work, but the original cars have more features if you download them separately, so i will provide the download link on the ReadMe.txt

Side Notes:

Couldn't use the R35 HUD, it was making the game crash... somehow... :confused: It's using R34's though.

Mustang Boss has a HUD, but it's just a copy from Mustang GT.

I'd like to thank modders and all the people involved in the Community carpack, also people from Project paradise, without them, this wouldn't be possible.

Wow. Never thought #tduforever initiative would lead to this kind of massive mod so quickly.

Looks pretty good, guess I won't have to release my update. :lol:

Mustang Boss 302 uses a HUD file called Mustang.bnk, initially I planned to use HUD from a GT500 mod but it wasn't very high quality.

Do you mind telling me what are suspension fixes exactly, were the cars too high/low or is it a handling thing?

Just tried it out now, all looks good but the updated GT-R needs to have its rim size adjusted through TDUPE and renamed from GT-R SpecV to GT-R Black Edition because I think that's what the new models called. Nothing major its just a few seconds fix. :)

Actually, the GT-R Black Edition is not added on my TDU, neither is... or was, in your pack. But ok, i will work on the GT-R now and will upload the v.1.2. :lol:

Even because the Black Edition has different power and etc.

Good work!! :nuts: But question, i can't find the LaFerrari anywhere in the Database. Any word on that? I mean i see it in game, but I need to change the cameras and can't find it in tools like TDU modding tool or if I were to open the Database file , I can't find it.

Need to change the camera? Don't forget you have the "seat position" feature in TDU, which can adjust height and distance.

What's wrong with it that you need to change the database? :confused:

Edit: Just checked, it's indeed bugged. Hahaha i will fix, in a few minutes i will upload a quick fix for the issue.

Edit: I can't fix the issue, because apparently when i change the camera of the LaFerrari, it also changes the camera in the Toyota Supra. I think the problem is deeper... it's in the reference codes and etc. :(

Edit again: I will try to trick the codes... :lol:

What had happened wass...... lol.. i updated the Laferrari to StarGT's version but the camera position is a little too high. I was going to switch the cameras to the stock Enzo's camera but i can't. weird right? lol

It's because the LaFerrari and the Supra somehow have the same "stock" camera... i've found a solution, but the Supra must use the Vanquish camera, instead of the MX5's.

Will upload, and it should take 2 minutes untill the link for the quickfix is here. :)

Edit: And it's done. See if it's alright now. :)

Also, for your problem on not seeing a few cars on TDUMT, there is a fix for that:

Hello Milli, can you pls help on how to replace the Laferrari? I want to know what vehicle name is it in the vehicle folder it's using, i tried all the vipers but cannot replace the laferrari. Thanks in advance.

The car files are on a note, provided by civicmanvtec, with his patch that unlocks it. Next time if you want to edit one of these extra cars, take a look at it, or here. ;)

By the way, LaFerrari files are:

Body: 550 and 550_I

Sound: 550_audio

Rims: F70_F_01 (Ferrari)

HUD: 550

Hi Milli, it's seem that i cannot change the value of the Alfa Romeo Technical kit 1, like changing ride height doesn't have any effect when i tried to change its all of it's value, is this some kind of bug and can it be fix it you have the time pls. Thank you.

I have no idea. I didn't touch the Alfa Romeo GT Technical Kit, plus, i only know how to use TDU Modding Tools and TDU PE, if it has problems, i am in the same boat as you are.
