According to the Microsoft Store website a demo for Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One is due to drop sometime today!

 

The listing that appears to have sneaked online in the past few days shows the release date as 12th September, 2016 at 01:00 (UK) which is if using 24 hour time, less than an hour from now.

Not sure, was just going by the article. Just trying to work out if it's worth a $140 preorder or if waiting for reviews (and then paying a higher price for DLCs if all is well) is the smarter option.

The store updates at about 5AM PST daily, if it was going to drop, that's when it would be dropped. I doubt VERY much they'll release it before an official announcement.

Yeah my first thought as Skyline but that ass looks too tall :hmmm: I'm leaning towards Holden ute.

I think you guys are right with the R32...:

 

 

Very well spotted :nods: The exhaust pipe bulge, the mud guard in front of the rear wheel, the flat roof and rear bumper contour... I thought it was a Ute because if the rear would be an R32, it would have a spoiler, so it would have a see-through bit between spoiler support and left C-pillar. Just a bit of lazyness I guess.

It says Dream Machines so I wonder if that is hinting to legends type thing. The R32 could be that Mt Panorama winning one and the bottom could be some Rally car or one driven by a famous Aussie perhaps?

Second one looks like a hatchback. A dream hatchack? I can only think a Citroen rally type car or the new Focus RS but that has a more angular front end.

 

 

I was playing FM6 Apex last night on the gamepad again, and at one point racing BTCC's around Brands Hatch it actually reminded me of GRID AutoSport, but then I actually had more fun playing that. It's funny how I've always started off enjoying Forza games when they begin with slow street cars but when they suddenly put you in the fast stuff it just doesn't feel right. Especially under braking I noticed last night. I'd rather say it's fantastic to make getting FH3 easier.

In that case I think it'll just be easier to preorder and exercise refund rights just in case it's bad. Apparently unlike Steam the Store has a broad 30-day return policy.

There are more cases of games of which a demo was released after release of the full game. If I'm correct, SCS Software did the same thing with ETS2 or ATS.
