help! Confirmation email doesn't work

A friend of mine, MagicV8 (https/forum.turboduck.net/members/magicv8.25504/), has changed his email address within his profile. Then he got the following message:

"Your account is currently awaiting confirmation. Confirmation was sent to [email protected].

Resend Confirmation Email"

But he never got such an email, even when trying multiple times.

Than he send a message with the only working link to your contact form, but didn't get any response.

 

At the moment he just can login, but not writing any postings.

 

Could you please fix this?

I have changed the user status to valid, see if you can login now

I just test registered a user myself, email works fine, the only potential reason it might have happened probably during server migration, that was one time thing so should be no problem now

I did normally for all passwords I have, just not last time for Tduck
The list is very long, every website/account has a separate very strong password

have you considered using password software like lastpasss?

No I didn't yet.
I just use an online pass generator where I can pretend which kind of character to include (normally all ) and the length.

Same problem for me!!

 

I register this New account because i can't Access to my old account !

 

My user name is : slylecoco

(Register since a Long Time),

 

I Change my adress mail account this morning,

 

but i never receive link to confirm my new adress mail.

 

I try a lot of times, i send message to administrators, but no help..

 

Can you please help me?
