I was taking 'Touring Car' to mean race car as in BTCC or DTM

Not really considering you've got the CLK DTM.

 

I really wasn't expecting that Audi at all and its nice to see an mA class Triumph in the game.

Yes, but the CLK DTM is a street legal road car. In real life there are 100 coupés and 100 convertible's build. From the A4 DTM touring car there is a "normal" A4 DTM which is street legal and only has a 2.0 Turbo engien, which definatley wouldn't match the CLK DTM.

True, but they might let you tune the Audi to get it up to the same standards as the CLK.

Well we do already have Race cars ... the Shelby Daytona Coupe was a race car first (only 6 ever built) and then sold off.

 

I guess we'll just have to wait and see as to what Atari and Eden mean by an A4 Touring Car ... I'd prefer the old Biela one ... these were the proper days of BTCC!

I made that one in Forza 2 and sold it in a limited run of 100 at $500,000, they all sold.
