No they don't have licenses yet, the development is in very early pre-alpha stage. ;)

It may say mad mike but it's missing the wing, the bodykit doesn't seem right and the livery isn't quite right. And that golf is an ugly colour

The car isn't Mad Mike's, it's just the livery that someone made :D The car itself is based on the RE-Amemiya RX7 from D1GP which is jolly good fun to slide about :bananadance:
