my camera is only 5.1 but for most shots it is only set on 1.2

My camera is something random like 12.3 I think. But as all good people know, Megapixels are only half or maybe even a third of the story.

 

@ Cis. I like the heart, I'm guessing (without looking at the exif) that you drew it the air with a slow(ish) shutter speed?

Haha, okay. Tbh I hadn't noticed it but I know what it's like, I take a lot of photos and notice minor "faults" that you don't notice when you look at other peoples photos.

Maybe your camera can't focus when you put it so close to the details. What camera do you have?

Then I must say that you won't be able to take detail shots. I used to have an old Dimage Z2 with a rather big lens and that was crap at close-ups.
