    Because Google Chrome is stupid. ;) Trust me (and about 2500 other players). This files are as clean as a fresh pampers. :D Edit: regarding the wishes. I'm a car-fan. I like american muscle but also import-tuners. So i would combine franks' and deathracers wishes. ;)

    And that might be your problem. The link in the UL leads to the wrong folder. You have to deposit the exe in the unpacked folder.

    The cars do it mostly while shifting. Some more some less. Just take a good look at your cars while driving them.

    He meant he purchased DLC-Cars with Atari-token but cannot buy them in offline-mode with ingame-money because you have no connection to the server that sais "Yes you are allowed to buy these cars". That is a known problem, but how would you fix it? The problem is that the carfiles are already in the game weather you bought them with token or not. They are just locked at the beginning. Atari programmed this wrong in the first place. They better way had been to buy them and then install the carfiles via update. So players who are not allowed to have these cars, because they didn't purchased them with token, would not have the files to unlock them illegally. But to help you out with the problem. You can get these cars by hotswap. We have a tutorial at tdumods.com how to do it. Since the servers detect stolen DLCs, we decided that it is not a problem anymore to provide how to do it. If you would restart the game online with DLCs you didn't purchase with token, you would get pink Miami Mustangs anyway. ;) @Andreaz: If the last sentence is against boardrules delete it. ;)

    Where is the problem to download it and test if the original interior is working it instead of asking and waiting for an answer? ;)

    Mount the image for example with DemonTools, then you can install like from DVD/CD.

    Your account is connected to your gamekey, so yeah everything should be like before. (backup your savegame.)

    That means you need a retailversion to unpack the game and then install the patch. The steamversion isn't made for unpacking, because it has a different file- and folderstructure. Like Nobby wrote: Buy a cheap dvd-version, borrow it from a friend or download a piratecopy and use your original gamekey from steam. So it is a legit copy of the game. Then unpack it and install the patch. But if i remember right you cannot run the game afterwards via steam anymore. You have to run it only via Universal Launcher.

    You can't unpack the original steam-version. But maybe this helps you: It's not exactly the answer to your question. But between the lines you should find help. ;)

    Little tipp i tested a couple of weeks ago: You can also replace the Spyker Peking-2-Paris with this mod. (In fact i think you can use any mod for the ML63 on the 2 Offroad-Spykers.)

    But TDU2 is the only game i'm (or we are) playing, because there is no alternative. ;) (And its not like i'm playing 24h a day. I have a normal life like everyone else too. It's just a hobby.)
