    I've played PGR4. I get where you're coming from with the points/kudos emphasis but it still reminds me of Forza, which might (but probably won't) be why Sony chose it over GT for the PS4 all those years ago

    That video made me think of Forza Horizon for some reason, might've been a mixture of things including the graphics, song, and camera angles used :hmmm: I get the feeling there will be good things about this game but have a suspicion there will be something that just doesn't keep me hooked on it. Plus the fact that part of the game is free with PS+ will probably mean there'll be a whole lotta noobs online.

    The Lambo's might not be great but they are controllable. The Cietza struggled to go in a straight line. Of course I'm purely going on memory and could be wrong so I'm surprised we're still on this topic :lol:

    I didn't know Nike made cars :hmmm: I thought/recalled the Cizeta being a bit rubbish and giving one or more away to friends. Also funny how the description of it mentions wanting to be something never seen before, despite the fact that it looks like a Countach.

    meh, it's practically the same as their last few games. When are they ever going to build an open world that has an intricate road network instead of what appears to be a bunch of P2P tracks linked together.

    Maybe they'll make a new Nordschleife track available to players with Xbox LIVE Gold, the preordered Limited Edition of FM5, all previous Forza games and DLC, and the day one edition Xbone :cheeese: I've always enjoyed driving different cars and the way they feel and sound in-game. I just get bored in FM4 after 30mins though (usually due to track selection and boring career structure, with clinical menu/voice-over-dude). More tracks in FM5 is a good start, although Spa and Laguna have been done so many times in so many games (wasn't Laguna Seca in the original game?) so I'd be up for more tracks that you don't see every day.

    Yeah mine is JPG because that's what the WMD forums asked for and I'm lazy to convert - although now that I think of it I'm sure PicasaWeb always converts PNG to JPG anyway

    If the head unit (Discover Pro) is available in Australia and can do all the cool stuff that's in the S3 with MMI Plus then this might be more my style than the S3. Of course it'll be another 13 months before the first ones arrive here and there was a 12 month waiting list on optioned Mk6 Golf R orders Both the R and S3 are detuned here as well due to the 'hot weather climate' excuse (although we can always buy a Stage 1 tune from APR, Viezu, etc). Sure it doesn't snow here, but we tend to only go above 40 degrees once or twice a year, and I know there are European countries see temps over 30 in summer. VW GOLF VII R 4MOTION | Autowereld Under 5.0 seconds 0-100kph with a price drop from the old car, plus average fuel consumption around 6.9 l/100k - it's hard to say no to that.

    My pCARS pics tend to come out all compressed as well, I've never bothered to check if it was the game, FRAPS, or Google PicasaWeb doing the dirty deed
