    Tutorial for making your tutorials easier to read After typing two or three sentences, press the Enter key twice before continuing. This creates paragraphs which make large amounts of text easier to read. :lol: Couldn't resist, but thanks for the post :)

    Funny, I also had a set of bookmarks for all the waterfalls, mountain tops, and islands. Never used it to avoid people though. (Isolate function worked for that). Also made a set of bookmarks evenly spaced up along the eastern coast. We sometimes held Police chase events where one person had to race up the coast, and if we fell behind we could all warp ahead to form a roadblock.

    Booted up into my old old Windows 7 partition (which wasn't very happy to see completely new hardware, although it handled it quite well) Here's a WEI screenshot: And after installing new chipset, network, and nVidia drivers here's a new shot: Of course this old Win7 isn't on my SSD hence the slower bottleneck. Will add a Win8 WEI shot later

    hehe, you have to be very brave/commited to get under 1.14, i could save a tad more time on the first right corner but besides that my lap was pretty close to perfect (will see what pyrre has to say about that)

    Don't know where you were looking. I bought the collectors edition of GT5 on day one for $120 from EB. PC games generally a lot cheaper than console as well

    damn I was leaning towards Xbox. If pyrre buys it for PC I'll get it too :P I remember we had some fun playing Paradise on PC too, didn't we. Maybe I'll reinstall it if you want to relive the old days

    Microsoft would likely be in control of the servers for 360; the delay would be on their side probably. Partially why 360 players generally had better connectivity than we did on PC

    DiRT 2 was my favourite before Codies racing went downhill. Couldn't even complete mapping steering controls in DiRT showdown yesterday when bored. Mapped steer left and then when I tried to do 'right' the game froze on me. Forza Horizon being open world and having decent enough physics that I have a suitable wheel for should make the game fine for me.

    University = College, etc, for academics TAFE is is more vocational based technical stuff for certain trades. Not as prestigious but these days it doesn't really matter what certificates you hold (at least in IT) As far as TAFE goes I have Certificate II in Music Industry (recording studios, concert technician, sound engineer basics) and Certificate IV in IT

    What's the point of having dynamically changing routes when you take each corner using the exact same input method each time with carbon copy slides for all the 90 degree turns. Interesting to hear the 1000MHz sampling rate for physics and no need for aids but I don't see it in the footage yet. The only other interesting thing is that this game should release just as pCARS is wrapping up and getting ready to advertise bigger. Can't wait to try out the co-op racing modes they have planned.

    Bored of that track already. Would've thought there'd be more car choice for it, or is the WRX that much better than the other options that everyone picked it

    Maybe I'm just unlucky but each time I attempt to play Xbox online I end up with horrible players compared to when I've played the PS3 and PC online. Just my observations.
