    Something that I I think many of us might not realise and therefore take for granted is that there aren't really any other forums like ours. I'm not talking about goat washing, nugget of the week, squirrel mafia, and so on. I once went looking just for other forums that were primarily about racing/driving games in general - and there simply aren't any alternatives. The closest you will find are sim-racing forums which my occasionally embrace certain arcade games, or car/tech forums with a much smaller general gaming section. For the most part, other forums are focused on one subject/game series.

    Is it weird that I'd rather have a distinguished last place here than be lost somewhere in the middle? Not that I'm purposefully finding the worst images (ok, harder to claim this week) but it's fairly obvious I don't have the skills to match our amazing competition.

    Reminds me of a cheat code for one of the old Need for Speed games that changed your driving camera view to something like that - was good fun for split screen races.

    From what I've heard from multiple sources, Nintendo provide hardly any support to 3rd party developers compared to Sony/MS - to the point where they're just plain old making things hard for them (of course the other platforms have their hoops as well), which along with performance concerns has justifiably deterred others from bothering to release. Since I never owned a Nintendo (my brother had the Gameboy Colour back in the 90's) I don't have any retro gaming desire there so I figure besides that audience it's still intended for Ages 12 and down.
