  1. Yeah, it does sound pretty close. And that "mystery car" is very possibly the SLS BS which imho sounds very good, too I don't think it will have the best sounds EVER, but if they nail the details like burbles, pops, bangs and backfires...
  2. I know its name starts with T... --- Post Updated --- Got it, it's a Tara Tiny!
  3. ^ Awesome variety of cars! I saw my first C7 Corvette today when I was on the bus! Looked great, but I didn't like the combination of white paint and black accents and wheels.
  4. Happy Beefday to you, Baldy!!!!!! :glomp: :birthday:
  5. Ok, so James we have you here (which is great btw), I got one question that I have been asking for a long time and applies not only to your studio: Who is the one that decides what cars and what model years will be in the game? Is it like that after they agree with their car brand to be featured in the game you tell them what exact models you want to build and they provide you the data, specs etc.? Because one thing that is pretty strange to me is, that for example the Z4 sDrive35is has been already in games like Forza, Real Racing and even not-so-known CSR (both mobile games!). Exact model year, exact rims... How is that possible? Is it because the manufacturer tells you what you can do and can't do in this context? Y U NO newest Camaro, R56 Mini or Mustang GT? Others may think I'm weird and crazy, but these little things bother me a little bit and I am very curious to hear about this from you. Thank you.

  8. Wow, that's messed up. Must be horrible to be there now... Good luck!
  9. Just came here to say thank you for the awesome video.
  10. 1. I'd get the HTC, I think there is going to be a new Mini version of the M8. 2. Considered different brands as well? Because from what I know, GTechniq ExoV2 + C1; Opti-Coat 2.0 and CQUK 2014 are all very good with very very little differences. I've read that Opti-Coat is the longest lasting of them, while CQUK and GTechniq give a bit better look to the paint and ExoV2 has the best sheeting. All of them can be layered, with OC it is recommended to wait 30 days I think before adding a second layer. CQUK can be topped up with Reload.
  11. Can't remember the last time I saw the needle go beyond 6k. Dad is nervous not having it driven properly for almost two months.
  12. *joins the bandwagon* And the damn thing didn't want to start up.
  13. Just hope you're not some kind of Putin's agent infiltrating into EU and preparing something bad. :panic:
  14. looks sehr cool bro but when is da release zoq i need it asap pls and whats the next mod???? Also, found this today.
  15. LETS MAKE DIS THREAD YET ANOTHER MANUAL VS AUTO There are some vehicles I would never get with an auto box, yet I can't imagine some with a manual. Slushboxes make city driving much more comfy and relaxed, that's just true. I believe that Cali traffic is horrible and all that clutch-1st-yes!-oh c'mon again?! clutch-neutral-yes, we're moving!-1st poop can get annoying. Now, tell him what mods he should order for his one pedal-less Scion! 'Cause a stock Toyobaru ain't a proper Toyobaru. :p
  16. The ride was the main reason. Runflats are in general much worse compared to regular tires in terms of ride comfort as they are more reinforced. On good roads you won't feel the difference much, but on bad surface with potholes and such... it's night and day. There have been improvements made in the RFT technology over the years obviously, according to the owners who have got those new gen tires it's way better than it used to be a few years ago. I have had a ride in an F30 with adaptive dampers and 19" RFTs and compared to our E91 on 17" you feel like you're floating, haha. On the other hand, it was not as good as the ol' good wagen when driving more aggresively or spirited. Swapping the runflats to non-RFTs does not have any real disadvantages. It does (at least) retain the good attributes and improves the bad things. In general, they're more expensive than their regular siblings. Cheaper and lighter as well. We have a jack, tire seal kit I think and a little foot air pump.
  17. Switched to non-runflat tires finally, Michelins. Right after they were mounted on, we felt some vibrations going through the steering, so it went back to the service and there we found out that three wheels are bent. I'm not surprised, though. The roads here are just horrible. But damn, what a difference in comfort with the non-RFTs...
