I get a crackling and weird distortion on engine sounds just after the race starts which then last for the duration, I guess if you've not played it off the disc you'd know no different.

Now you mention it, I've noticed that a couple of times but I just ignored it, it rarely happens for me and doesn't bother me too much, still a great game :)
