I swear to god, that i did not use Photoshop! I didn't use any photo editing programs at ALL. all i did was using a weather mod and changed my contrast to the lowest possible in game. (that means that i also changed the general game contrast @Options\video\contrast)

++ that lighted road is what's occurs when you are using Opelus_HUN's new Paradise mod, WITH OUT HDR Enabled.

Sorry but it does look to me that you did use some sort of editing program, the lighting doesn't look normal at all... and whatever CMM's decision is what goes really.
