I 'm not sure, but I believe that it could be.

Another way is to create two folders, one with the original files and one with the mod ones. Then, all you have to do is replacing, according to your mood.

Ofcourse it's possible. :D I got 3 different TDU's on my HDD (Island Paradise, Winter Paradise and Autumn Add-On for IP). XD

Sure. :)

 

Just make copy of your whole TDU folder, and rename it to *insert your mod name here*. Now install any mod you want there, make shortcut and voila! You are ready! :) Yes, it's that easy. ;)
