lol still plenty of time. I remember the first time I wanted to cruise online with forum guys and they all used H mode and I didn't, spent a whole week practicing H mode to get the hang of it, and it took a fair bit longer to get the hang of it. the more you force yourself to use it, the better you get. Watch a few driving school videos on YT if that helps.

There are a couple of spots on the Burgring that I've found a bit dodgy. Just by touching the ripple strips on certain corners can invalidate your lap time.

I got a 7:00.something on my first clean lap (wasn't actually as hard as I thought :lol:) but the game didn't register it :hmmm:

ABS really helped me improve because i could brake harder and later

Hit the Test Track drag strip in free play mode and practice a bunch of stops, maybe play with deadzone settings as well (with the G25 I dropped them from 50 to 40). Just need to practice your threshold braking technique, where you might push the pedal 60-70% of the way in and hold it there just before the wheels lock up. Do some research on the net for it and see if you can benefit from any more tips.Practice as much advanced car control in sims as possible so that when you drive a car for real, in the remote chance something goes wrong, you can instinctively correct it.
