Mark Zuckerburg was totally fine until Facebook became a publicly traded entity - at that point, millions, hundreds of millions of people had absolutely no say in their privacy being breached. Sorry, but that's just not right. And it's not right for Instagram to do the same, it's not okay for any corporation.

I agree - facebook used to be a lot better before its popularity exploded. But I'm still not gonna stop using it unless they do something really wrong. Just because I have lots of friends who haven't heard of any other kind of communication than facebook chat :rolleyes:

Apart from messages and wall talks I rarely use Facebook what with no time and shizzle exams :(

The answer is simple ... create a water mark and place it across the middle of your pictures' I use Jim's Flat Productions©( then date stamp ) they cant use a pre-copyrighted image !

I don't like their business model of "Let's make a great free service, attract millions of users, wait a few months, and then all of a sudden change the terms & conditions in order for us to start making money off them".

 

Yes, of course they have to make money, but be upfront about it from the start and let users Opt in rather than hope that they'll be too lazy to migrate to another service.
