Hello Folks

This is my custom setup for TDU2 from SweetFX.

For those who dont know sweetfx here is the official Thread .

 

Some Screenshots:

 

The custom Hawai Road Textures are also made by myself and are not included in this Release.

I will release them later.

 

Troubleshooting:

For any problems, please read the official Thread from SweetFX.
SweetFX needs writing permissions to the TDU2 install Folder to create it's log file.
-You have to make sure Testdrive2.exe runs as an administartor.
-Universal Launcher has to be started from TDU2 install dir and as an administrator.

Not yet.

But you can edit the configurations by your self.

Config Values 4 this release are in Test_Drive_Unlimited2.txt .

If there is interrest in this i will make a setup 4 tdu1 also.

This looks really nice, thanks for sharing and I would definitely recommend doing one for TDU1 also as to many here it is the better driving game compared to TDU2. :)

Just open up the SFX rar archiv u downloaded with winrar and look at the files and delete them from TDU2 install dir.

Even though i dont wanna change something on it. ;)

Maybe i will release a low performance version.

Without hdr and blooming, as this eates up the most fps.

But this is the final release of the high performance version.

Takes me some days to end up with this result.

Please response to it on his forum. As hes fighting all the time with him self to keep up with his work.

Cause there is so small interrests in this awesome project.

hey voodo i dont know why but my game wont start when i put files on installation folder =(

game windows appear and disappear.. how to fix this ?

As i already said, read the official sweetfx thread.

There is a trouble shoot guide.

U propably have not the right user permissions to let sweetfx write its log file in the programms folder.

Start game as admin.

thank voodoo .. but the permissions its ok.. all granted all fine..

well i change the "d3d9.dll" to d3d9.dll from GTA iV enb.. working fine.. but no look like yours.. =(

dont know why game wont start ( starts but no main screen.. instant exit to desktop)

No ENB at all.

Are you running TDU2 as admin? Because I get a black screen on startup and then I immediately crash back to the desktop. But I can't set TestDrive2.exe as admin because in windows 8 it has no compatibility tab in the properties.

Would just like to report that after much googling I found a solution, I downloaded Sweetfx configurator and started tdu2 trough that. But now I am getting the message "cheater detected" seconds after I get into the game. Anyone else having this? Right now I have just unistalled sweetfx and everything seems fine.

No, im currently busy with vfx smoke patcher tool and tdu2 h-mode.

But it is easy to edit sweetFX for tdu1 at your own.

Just download sweetfx and adjust settings as u like.
