As a result, we have adjusted the PlayStation Plus terms for DRIVECLUB.

 

Now, If you intend on downloading DRIVECLUB PlayStation Plus Edition, and upgrading to the full game experience, you will have access to the full game even if your PlayStation Plus subscription runs out.

Discounted PS+ edition, some more content???

Full game purchased from PSN, all content, game only works while PS+ subscription is active???

Full game purchased on BluRay, all content, no expiration, requires PS+ for multiplayer??

From what I've understood it goes like this:

 

You get the free PS+ edition for being a PS+ member. You can buy the full game from PSN or on Bluray and you'll get everything, still requires PS+ for multiplayer. The last option is to buy the discounted "upgrade" for the free edition, though this means that you need to have an active PS+ membership for the game to work, otherwise you'll get everything that's on the physical copy.

 

If you ask me, it's definitely worth $10 more to be able to play your game anytime even without a PS+ subscription :nods:

Right, but when they show the number of cars and tracks (those little shield icons) there appears to be 3 levels of content.
