Stage 5 weight reduction for one of the Beetles. His tyre blew and while he was driving back to the pits, it was flapping around so much it knocked one of his doors clean off

Good battle towards the end there between the #007 Aston and #20 BMW for 5th place, until some stupid Clio cut the BMW off and ruined one of the best battles from the whole race RIGHT BEFORE THE FINISH.

 

Some good driving by Rene Rast near the end there aswell.

 

Well, I guess Audi have proven two weekends in a row now that they really are the endurance masters. Epic race indeed, just too bad there wasn't much talk or coverage about it on Turboduck.

Fun fact: Audi has the distance record at both Le Mans AND Nurburgring now.
