Reply problem

When I post a reply it puts everything onto one line, say if i press enter, it would go onto the nest line down in the reply box but when i press preview post or submit it puts it all onto one line. Anyway to fix this?

I just uninstalled firefox and installed it again but it still does it

I thought of a way to make the enter thing work.

 

But the smilies, bold, text alignment buttons still don't do a thing
