237. Cars that everywhere else in the world produce enough aerodynamic down force to keep them in contact with an inverted road surface slide around like on glass-smooth ice in Hawaii.

238. Big-block V8s sound just like four cylinders.

239. Driving close to the center line is an invitation for oncoming traffic to swerve to hit you.

240. Grassy mountains can be smoother than paved roads.

241. Superchargers and Turbochargers spooling up sound exactly the same.

242. Cruise ships and cargo ships sail in circles around the island, but personal watercraft are always docked, beached, or otherwise stationary.

243. You can make better engine noises than your car with your mouth and a cardboard tube.

244. People who own houses that you don't drive through the gate to get to it rather than opening the gate.

245. The Dodge Viper idles at 2000rpm, and the engine is dead at 1000rpm. The zero on the tach is simply for decoration.

246. Really fast vehicles spin the needles on their speedometers like the wheel on "Wheel of Fortune".

247. It is impossible to choose the transmission for your car. (control options excluded. I'm talking how you can only get some cars with flappy paddles when they are also offered with a H-gate style shifter. or only auto transmissions when they are also offered with H-gate.)

248. In Hawaii, cars with high mileage sell for more than cars with low mileage.

249. Gas is always $1.34 at the 7 gas stations in Hawaii.

250. Holding the engine at 4000rpm and engaging the clutch without flooring the gas will kill the engine.

230. That the CCR is the fastest road-legal car in the world.

Er, it actually was.:oook:

251: In Oahu there is always less traffic coming in the opposite direction.

252: Oahu has stock left hand drive R34s.

253. By replacing some stuff you can make all the ugly Saturns in Oahu turn into "illegally reverse-engineered" popular cars.

271 Other road users will sometimes disappear into thin air. (AI Traffic)

272 All garages in the game have some weird lightbulbs installed into their ceiling lighting, making your cars look ugly (at least, the colors)

273 Most of the gear ratios of cars are not very realistic

274 Some G-Class American muscle cars lack h-shifters, and only have a drive setting, so prolly an automatic gearbox, but still you can drive them like they can be geared manually

276 You can beat Saleen S7's with a tuned Ford Mustang (to Saleen)

277 You can beat A class cars easily with a D class car in the Tour of the Island

278 A lot of roads on the Island don't have any purpose

279 AI traffic likes to come to a full stop on highways and turn like there is a corner to the other lane

280 Some police cars drive 100mph+ on the highway

281 Top speed limiters are not removed when tuning the German made cars to tuning package 3. (Audi, Merc eg.) Giving cars like the SL 65 really high BHP but crappy top speed
