I think communications got crossed and people have unfairly jumped on Combat due to this. Modding is a very thankless past-time in regards to money but it is evident to see that it is in no way thankless in the grander scheme of what it provides to the player base. So please put down your pitch forks and torches and wish Combat good luck in getting himself back to where he wants to be and say thanks to the modders who provide something you thoroughly enjoy instead of blanking or only throwing out requests or demands. And if anyone is thinking that doing mods is going to net them a nice side income or anything like that then get that out of your head right away. Not only is there others who will do it for only the reason of creating mods for people, but it also raises up a very real legal problem too. Unless you are scratch-making the models (or they are totally FREE) you are living dangerously asking for payment.

But its not fair that he stops releaseing jsut because no one donated money to him. I cant even save up 20€ for new old as hell cpu, how could i donate to someone ? And i am not the only one here with no or almost no sallary and free money. Btw my current cpu and gpu which are 30€ in total (E8400 and 8800gts) plus 25€ 4g ddr3 does the great with zmod and every other modding related program. So yeah . . Its free will, if he doesnt want to release any more mods then ok, he doesnt have to. But the reason is just stupid.

i try to finish all mods but need 3d modelling a little and many small fixes, and now i hasnt time but autopack 1.6 will be

Guys, yes, BMW M1 Procar is race car, but is classic race car. We told that next part will be with classic cars, that not mean sedans or hatchbacks :). And all 4 cars at next part is little or more racing cars from the past, but you will see wich will be. 2 of they we are told you wich are they. For other 2 we think to keep secret;) What abouth comment from gadd3008....i can't undestand all, but.... I think that there is not better sound modder of jordemodek - he is the best but aslo he quitting from tdu2 before a long time ago. Unfortunelly we need sound mods that at this moment is not created. dammys create some of they but and he is missing. I try from time to time to create some sounds....but i don't think that they are good. And that is one of the problems with that pack....i hope someone help us.

Making thread!

He simple asked at a bad personal financial situation, for some eventual support from the "community", he gave so much in the past for free. None did, so he is very disappointed. With his technical problems solved, he intended to go on with modding, for free, for all. But hey, this isn't a "community" here, there is no solidarity. Think about that, at least once.

Combat didn't stop modding because nobody donated as magic and i already said he stopped posting here while he was working hard to save for a new build he asked people to donate if they could if you care to check the top of the project paradise thread u will see combat is listed as 1 of the top donaters so he puts his time effort and money into tdu and this forum.. for me he is 1 of the best tdu modders ever and the quality of the work he makes is second to none here...

Belive me, this muppets are like 40% of my mods, and I doubt I did less for TDU than some other modders.

I think people seem to be confused.. combat has not stopped modding he's still very much active on tdu he's been putting in long hours at work trying to save for a new build.. with the attitude and comments of some people I can see why he has walked away from this forum.. this thread was created to help people share is work and some muppits think its cool to take cheap shots at someone who has done more for this forum than they could ever dream of
