    A New BMW Z4 Auto Club Revolution Auto Club Revolution (ACR) the free-to-play racer from that talented bunch at Eutechnyx have announced that due to their loving relationship with BMW that the new 2013 BMW Z4 sDrive35is is coming to the game. ACR is the only title where players are able to experience this new offering from BMW at the moment, and was available as part of a pre-order scheme whereby the first 200 racers who opted in would be able to start on car specific challenges, have access to a unique livery and use the car in a specific leaderboard challenge before anyone else. Fear not though, as if you were not one of them the car is available to everyone as of April 24th at the recently redesigned ACR website.     The most ironic thing to me about TDU is that despite all of TDU2's social features and gimmicks, TDU was the most sociable of the two in that you played the game with your mates, you enjoyed coming across random players on the map and of course you created your own games to play with others.

    This is damn clever and brilliant irony. A game developer whose game is all about being a game developer has itself released a 'cracked' version of its game that when pirated hits players with piracy. The hilarious thing about this is that some people are obviously upset about this and have taken to forums and such to voice this, in the process of course showing themselves to be pirates. So yes you have pirates playing as a game dev complaining about the game they have made in this game being pirated in a game they have in fact pirated.     Was surprised to see this pop-up on my twitter timeline and I'm glad it did as it was a damn fine and echoed many truths and brought back many brilliant memories of the game and the hours myself and many others here wiled away in the game. I did raise my eyebrow at the part where he mentioned that the online basically worked straight from the off, but apart from that it's a very genuine and insightful article about a game a lot of us adored and I urge you guys to read it. :) Test Drive Unlimited retrospective Eurogamer.net

    Project CARS is now an OFFICIAL PS4 developer and Durango has been mentioned too. (via Andy Tudor on twitter) New project coming for the next-gen consoles and this will be a proper "investment" opportunity unlike the current model being run now.

    I've been following some of the rumours, info and talk behind it and it will certainly be a next-gen console but their focus may be more on entertainment and being a DVR than playing games. Also if much is made about Kinect, Xbox Live paid features that are totally free elsewhere and such I might just walk away from MS this time. Time will tell. I would love to see a new PGR and the future of Forza of course.

    M The countdown to the release of GRID 2 gets shorter but the wait certainly doesn't get any easier when you have trailers like this being put out. This latest one is all about the epic line of 'M' cars from BMW and as you would expect all the goodies are shown in what is actually quite a sedate trailer considering what you would expect and has come in past media for the game. It's actually refreshing to watch each car be 'introduced' one-after-another with the occasional action scene to showcase the style of play that will be most evident in the game. GRID 2 is coming to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and will launch from the 28th May.
