    I was disappointed when I saw this announcement... - #1 we already knew about the F40 from a while back from screenshots, which tells me that #2 they're stalling for time and the 'early 2013' release date isn't going to happen (it's already April with no firm date announced). How long have we known GRID 2's release date by comparison (much bigger studio I know).

    None of you probably noticed that I missed last week's event at Autumn Ring Mini... never mind - I'm still in with a shot of a podium finish (heck I could even win the championship if I drive well enough (and certain people do bad enough) on the final rounds, as everyone gets there 6 worst results deducted from the points leaderboard so you can miss up to 2 rounds per season.

    3 short Shuffle Races (randomly selected cars) in Gran Turismo 5 with Milli and notacactus (who's had too many name changes here for me to keep track of) I was in fun driving mode, not serious consistent driving mode (which I will have to be in tonight for the league event)

    That's probably his video card more than anything else ;) (nVidia 550 Ti according to his profile). Your 560 seems to do very well though BeSweet. Do you have all the game video settings at max? Might be the main difference between mine (I have everything up to max using D4X for AA now - I've got the 4GB nVidia 680 GTX FTW edition)

    OpenControl lets you put various plane controls and gauges on your IOS/Android/Windows device - OpenControl If you fly online in a server listed on FSOpen then you might want to check out Pilot Assistant - Pilot Assistant And if you want to try ATC then you'll want Flight Strip - Flight Strip Software Free website registration might be required for the last two apps.

    In case anyone hadn't heard by now, there's no more need to use the console to load community maps (unless they're old). There are loads of new maps available in the Steam Workshop, either pick'n'choose the ones you want to play, or just head in game and select a playlist of random high-rating levels. This goes for single-player and co-op maps. I've built and uploaded a co-op map today - if you get a chance have a play and let me know how you go with it (would be even better if you film it and upload to YouTube) Steam Workshop :: Cube Rescue 1. Click the link 2. Click Subscribe 3. Launch Portal 2 4. Select Community Test Chambers 5. Select Play Cooperative Chambers 6. Wait a minute for your list to populate, then find/select the level you want to play first (Cube Rescue) 7. Click Play, and invite a friend.

    Do you upload the 50GB video directly to YouTube? I've used both (even purchased FRAPS) but it's just a bit out of date now.

    5 people showed up, 5 people finished on the lead lap, 5 people finished a lap behind, 1 person ran out of fuel, 1 person had to pit an extra time to add fuel, and 2 people retired with mechanical failures. And I had had to change my strategy after the race started . All in all a good eventful race :) Remember, if you don't do anything between races: * Staff and drivers don't get trained or improve, more risk of mistakes in pit lane * You probably will have to make an extra pit stop with 4 laps to go to add more fuel * Your mechanical components will deteriorate and after a few races will fail resulting in a DNF * You miss out on the chance to spy on other teams to accelerate design progress. * You don't change the advanced settings that tell your driver what to do if it rains * And of course you don't get to perform car setup
