Would anyone be up to the task of making a Mazda RX-8 (2008 model or newer) and a sound mod to go with it? This car would fit perfectly alongside the Hyundai Genesis, Honda S2000, etc. I've always wanted one, and having one in TDU2 with the wankel engine sound would be great. Just please, for the love of whatever god you worship, don't use the Need for Speed Shift 2 sound file for the car. It's horrible.

TDU won't start after installijng certain mod.

Ok, so i have installed the Tool831's Carrera GT, and now the game won't ever start. I have tried replacing the Bnk map, replacing the TDU exe file, uninstalling the mod, reinstalling it, manually installing it and no sollution. Can anybody help me with this? Because i don't want to reinstall the whole game again. Thank you in advance! :) -

Hey guys, just modded my TDU2 and everything works fine so far. I can launch the game via the uplauncher and runs fine. I just have some questions about modding itself. When I replace the files for a car, is that just like changing the skin of that car? I still have to purchase the car and everything in game? I haven't been playing the game very long, as I thought modding would allow me to just drive any car I wanted to...is this not correct? Can someone explain to me modding in a little more detail? Thanks!

Hello! There's been something about trying to make sound mods for certain cars that is really starting to tick me off. The current one i'm working on is the AC Cobra 427. It sounds nothing like the loops i used. The sound sounds like it uses one loop, pitched up. It doesn't use the aggressive onhigh sound, instead it seems very dull and synthetic, like using the onidle or onlow sound to create the whole sound while pitching it up. The idle sounds normal, but everything else is screwed up. I can record what happens to an audio file if needed. Will someone please help me? Thanks in advance. EDIT: FIXED! Solution: Make ST_fordgt_onhigh.wav & ST_stratos _onhigh.wav (yes, there is a space) silent. Now it sounds much better.
