D'oh!! I setup the bill paying to be automatic but it looks like I never applied it via the hosts control panel thus it was still waiting for a manual payment and suspended us due to not doing so.

 

It's sorted now so sorry for the downtime and I have now got it on auto so no more issues from now on hopefully.
