I used to play The Sims now and then, never managed to stick with it too long though, and now we're gettin' TDU/Sims creole game? Hopefully there won't be a bladder scale somewhere....:D

Agree with above, seems like eden is focusing too much on the social aspect and not the racing aspect

That's because the social aspect was bigger than the racing aspect. The game allows you to do what you want basically.

BobbyV compared the profile screenshot with The Sims, which is an appropriate comparison as the profile pic included furniture, houses, and clothes.

 

In my opinion, I am afraid that Eden has put too much attention on these, "social" features, instead of correcting the issues of the foundation of TDU2, which is racing.

 

I just hope that the driving feel is realistic, fun, and much improved than the arcadey feel that TDU1 had

That does raise the question of how accurate the physics will be because I don't imagine getting the rear brakes on a real DBS to glow would be easy.
