It's faster to use Shift to take them down, but more fun staying in the one car as you did. You can do as many of those cop chases as you want if you shift into any cop-car you see while free-roaming (then tag a bad guy).

If you haven't paid attention to my GTA vids before, now is a good time to start as I think this is something really different and I really put in effort for once! (I even did afterwards editing outside the game's video editor) ;)

 

The basic idea is that Niko is a cop here and then he accidentally(???) shoots another cop and becomes the villain. And this vid is a trailer for such a movie (which doesn't and won't exist).

I also would have wanted a nice speech onto it too but I'm having a cold so my voice isn't in the best possible condition atm. So I added the lines in captions instead.
