Imo the Brabus rim is by far not the rim in concern, it has wayyy too much differences in design. But it's true mine wasn't the correct counterpart, Northldn1 has found the true one.

It doesn't matter that much though what brand it is, my main concern is, it's NOT a Lotus-rim, let alone an Esprit-S3 rim, that generation Esprit didn't even have spokerims in the modern style. The fact I think it's an Audi rim only is a detail, if the Lotus had the triple-5-spoke SL63 rims it's still the main point the rims are not Esprit S3.

One-77 falsity

(I've been looking hard for a redeeming reference, but couldn't find any).

So it's likely incorrect with this.. wide open line of sight through the front-side-intakes to out by the wheel wells.

Likely there should be a more rearwards scooping inner wall blocking the view.

I have one small concern with Diablo's TDU exclusive pic of the Lancia. For such an old car - the headlights seem too strong (i.e. brand new) - they should be a bit dimmer and make it harder to see at night (unless you turn on the high beams).

Re the headlights pointing down - I thought they're sposed to point downwards so that you don't blind oncoming traffic. The high beams don't point down, which enables you to see better, but blinds the oncoming cars. In new cars (particularly German ones), you can adjust the angle of the headlights to suit your environment, but the user manual warns that you should point them down a bit.

I was also quite disappointed with that.

I wished they used Turn 10 3d scanning technique for the vehicle models.

[mod edit:] Please do not quote images, thanks!

To be fair and I might be wrong I believe I have seen an image of the One-77 with those bits being hollow as they are on the TDU2 model. No idea where but I have seen it, might be a concept or something I don't know.

I think I'm wrong to be honest after watching the autocar video.

Aston%20Martin%20One-77%20headlight%20view_2.jpg

That model looks like it was ripped from need for speed shift.

Headlights should be metallic/chrome not black plastic.

No glass reflection.

No projectors on the headlights.

Rims dont look chromed enough if that makes sense

They have a lot of work to do imo reason I feel that the cars are not beautifully presented enough.

When tdu 1 first came out no other racing game could touch it when it came to graphics

Well.. little to go by, hard to be 100% certain.

Also uncertain! (but not as visual, nothing to bark about) anyway... the rear part of zonda's roof-intake and it's area around is suspicious looking XD.

Although I HAVE found 2 distinctly different (fully roofed) IRL versions , so maybe there's a 3rd or more, who knows.

A good thread. Let's hope they can fix at leased a few these.

My biggest concern is the vehicle physics. Since I haven't played the game then I can't really be sure how realistic it will feel, but from looking at the trailers I think it looks way to arcadish for my taste.

1.) When vehicles turns, it just looks a bit off... May be that they played with handcontrollers that makes the turns look like they played with handcontrollers. Let's hope my G25 will change that.

2.) The combination between offroad roads and vehicle physics I hope will feel better than shown in trailers. Can't really explain what's wrong, it just felt wrong.

If it is better then whats been shown in previous trailers or that it gets improved would make me and probably most here more happy.

Fixing glitches and details wouldn't hurt ofcourse. Other than that the game rocks in my mind. The environment and the vehicle graphics and details looks stunning.

I also hope that they keep the telegraph pole houses in Oahu too because I'm concerned they may be removed and they are an integral part of my crashing routine.

You know, those little house things on the bottom of some telegraph poles.
