I loosened the Force feedback on my wheel and ticked 'Let the game screw with your settings' in the Logi profiler which made the cars much more easier to control - but yeah you have to be careful with your inputs, and some cars are much harder than others.

We might have to start competing by means of comparing our records on the leaderboard. I might setup another thread for that and leave this as the news thread.

Here's the challenge thread: Project CARS Leaderboard challenges

Anyone who is only a Junior (monthly build) member and who wants to help test/play multiplayer before the games' final release may wish to upgrade now before you're stuck with whatever tool pack you currently own:

Do you know if Juniors will be able to test/play Multiplayer mode when it is released (since for 3 weeks each month their version will be out of date)?

A) Juniors will not be able to play multiplayer at all

B) Juniors will only be able to play multiplayer for the first week of the month when everyone has the same build #

C) Juniors will always be able to play online regardless of build # (within reasonable limits)

B is most likely but the period of access due to compatibility may frequently be shorter than a week. Developments will occur so rapidly that that it would be too inefficient/costly to maintain compatibility between the server, dedicated servers and the sim.

Not everyone will have access to the very first multiplayer builds - we will need to restrict availability quite severely to start with so that we're able to coordinate small tests to ensure the database is doing the right things, the clients and dedicated servers are behaving correctly and so on.
