The car showrooms shown on the map link above when once all visited unlock the bike dealers so that you can access and purchase bikes. I think there's about 15 or something.

If he's brought the PC Megapack, why is it on the Xbox 360 section?

Just zoom out until you can see the full island, if you look closely the ones you have not visited are greyyed out a bit.

Hi. I have PC version and this help me a lot. In the game, I've opened the map and then switch from race locations to key locations and it showed me all car showrooms. Both(visited and unvisited) and after it, i've finally get bike and i am happy with rolling on this Island. It's true, that I find this mode of map after Millionaire race in about 30% of game completation.
