I think you've over saturated it a bit, the colours look a bit unreal.. other than that it's a great shot :) Keep playing, it's quite a steep learning curve trying to get your head round photoshop. I'm still learning now ;)

Well it was taken from inside a car driving down the highway with the windows up, so I'm quite impressed with it given the situation it was taken in. But care to elaborate on how to fix the "horizont"?

Well basically you rotate the pic, then crop it so that no blank spaces are included.

Well basically you use ruler tool and pull it over the horizon, then image -> Rotate -> Arbitrary -> Enter , then crop it so that no blank spaces are included.
