I know Tomwin had for his World Racing 2 Carrera GT a High Detailed Dashboard for his Carrera GT. I actually don't know from where he got it. But it maybe asking worth.

No it will probably just function by either

1)Goes up when car turns on

2)Goes up when you hit 70mph (like a stock CGT does)

3)Program a button to do it

1) seems interesting, wonder if it could have something to do with the exhaust smoke.

 

At the moment, I believe the spoiler is the "windows," so we'll press "W" (or your relevent windows key) for it to go up and down. :)

There will be a beta. I'm still working on it though so no release date (every time I say I'm getting close, something happens and you don't hear from me for weeks, lol)

Yes the spoiler does move up and down in game. It takes the place of the passenger window. That window is now in a fixed "up" position. The driver side window moves normal.
