  1. http://forum.tdu-central.com/threads/27780-Forza-Horizon-An-Open-World-Forza!!?p=479673#post479673 Maybe they changed their mind. The Golf is supposed to be the People's car, not an exclusive ;)
  2. Maybe I should pretend to be young as well and take a week's leave from work to play through a game in a couple of days :mhmm: But then again I also keep telling myself I should grow up :D
  3. DGSotW Hall of Fame Week 4 Theme: Wet Weather Chosen by: superhyper Winner: Ryzza5
  4. Congratulations to 7 for winning the Driving Game Screenshot of the Week last week. * Stick to the implied theme (don't look for technical loopholes) * Images must not exceed 800kB, and be at least 915px wide to fit the PoTW TV. * Each person who enters must cast a vote in the same week to remain eligible. You may not vote for yourself. * Winner picks the next theme, unless winning consecutively, in which case the runner up decides. * Winner has 48h to PM a new theme to me or another member of staff if I'm away, if they fail to meet this then the theme will be a free round. * Competition is limited to games on all platforms of any age that are classified as driving/racing games. (i.e. FPS games that have cars in them wouldn't be eligible). Please mention what game your screenshot is from. * Minor non-enhancing editing permitted (cropping, addition of your name, etc) is permitted, as long as the actual screenshot isn't tampered with. Just like all these other comps. Week 4: Wet Weather 1. Ryzza5 2. 41 (Fork) - Entry less than 915px 3. 7 (hyper) 4. Ozzmcom -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- 5. Milli
  5. Sorry mate, management games just aren't my cup of Irn Bru. Hope you guys are successful in any case. Will stick to Project CARS for now.
  6. Congrats on the win 7. Week 4 thread is here.
  7. If you're buying both which will you be playing more?
  8. 2 free roam driving games coming out, one with authentic handling, and one with intense arcade action. NFS MW comes out October 20, and Forza Horizon on October 23. So for X360 owners, what are you buying first? What do you think you will be playing more often as November approaches? I will probably pre-order FH, and while I expect NFS MW to be fun online (in the same way BP was) I'll probably put it off for a little while OR buy it cheap on eBay in which case delivery from Hong Kong or the UK will take a week or two. Usually I'll always buy games on PC as first preference but in this instance I might just get MW on Xbox considering how PC players got ripped off with missing DLC in both BP (Big Surf Island) and HP 2010. I'll still be waiting for reviews to come through first, though.
  9. Just like your username
  10. Post timestamps are in 24 hour format but also include AM/PM
  11. I thought members had to be at least 13 years old to join here  :jk:
  12. What about the poor Brit's who don't have backyards? :)
  13. Some are saying the PC version is delayed to Aug 11 or 24, and that it will be released on Steam.
  14. Fastest Golf ever? An unassuming Mk2 in the 2 second club.
  15. oooooookaaaaay :eyebrow: At least they've got licensed drivers. Might be similar to Crash Nitro Kart racing??? 4 way split screen + online MP. Heck I might be more likely to buy this than F1 2012 given the fact I enjoyed Mario Kart, SpeedFreaks, CTR, and CNK.
  16. We want better physics! :) I still play TDU1
  17. lol, I haven't checked system requirements in ages probably because of online purchases. These days the only time I do check sys req's is to get a gauge of how good the graphics might be in cheap games (the higher the req's the better). Sometimes you'll see great graphics on the box art but if the req's say you only need a 256MB graphics card then you know it's fake. Interesting how it says recommended "DirectX 11 compatible with 1024 MB RAM (NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 or ATI RADEON 6950)" since my older GTX480 is DX11 card with over 1GB of RAM).
  18. I'll be rationing them between long and pointless free roam sessions anyway. :) ETS2 was supposed to be online multiplayer as well, right? Or am I thinking of Crash Time... ---------- Post added 13/07/12 at 00:08 AM ---------- Previous post was 12/07/12 at 23:58 PM ---------- Looks good. The environment sort of reminds me of Crash Time but also has a bit of a The Sims feel to it (esp the bits that line up to a grid). Should be good fun, but a shame they couldn't get the graphics up an extra notch or two to go from very good to amazing. After seeing how well Scania works with my wheel I'll be up for this. They just have to add TrackIR support (ECS1 had it but Scania doesn't)
  19. If I've learnt one thing from TDU2 it has to be who cares about what cars are in the game, let's make sure all the other important things are taken care of. They are? Then gimmeh mah Zonda! Still can't decide between the Aston, Ferrari 458 and Golf R.
  20. SkyDrift is fun, the AI are hard, but just probably not long enough to last a month. And the online team game modes look even more fun, only I never got to try them. Those TAV games are pretty all the same these days, don't do much for me. Played Motorstorm (PS3) and Pure and that was enough. Split Second?
  21. SkyDrift? It's a quick cheap arcade game which would've been fun if more people played online. Portal 2 also has new life thanks to the user-created levels, but you'd be better off having Internet access (unless you get new maps from thinkingwithportals.com)
  22. Blur? MS Flight with DLC? Judging by my list of PC games I'm probably not the best person to reply
