The game is still in production, much like COD:MW2.

There is no announced release date, hell the game hasn't even been announced yet!

Be patient and (hopefully) one day it'll be released

I think its possible, because there is list with all Atari upcoming games) and TDU 2 is included in list.

I too would like some official confirmation before I get my hopes up... but if that link is true confirming TDU2 for november this year then I will be a very very happy man! :D
