No.

 

Bear in mind the SLR Mclaren's Supercharger produces 13psi.

 

A decent supercharger baseline can give you between 8 - 15hp per 1psi. So 14psi could be as much as 210bhp. Although it's wholly irrelevant since he is lying (hilariously) anyway.

They Cant Say Much If you Look closely in the video you can see a VERY high spoiler and white stripes so they cant saw much. Unless they in a Viper Hennessy they that would be ok.
