Alright well whenever I see Tool, I can give him the proper wheels. The others were just too crappy as far as the mapping went. I had to relearn how to texturebake wheels again, had not texture baked anything for a couple years. These new mapping coords and textures dont have any crappy edging from the lips of the wheels. Not to mention the fact the old mapping job I forgot to scale the spokes so even the depth part got mapped.

Hmm...maybe it doesn't work for some cars? Hang on let me try I think I explained things wrong.

That a little off topic but I still like to hear that explaing myself.

For the Dauer in the interior screenshot is that just me seeing it wrong or was in tthe screenshot a gap between exterior and interior? I guess I'm wrong and theres no gap?

physics wont work for half the players thougth thanks to the lovely server protection. I was asuming another close perfomance match would be the Cien be. Extremly fast but difficult to drive. And I asume that car wasn't so easy I mean what racecar is ever easy to drive?

those who play online can make a bodyswap... i mean we did it for years^^

and a racecar is difficult to drive, sure, but it´s not like a dragster (SL65 for example) with awesome oversteering and drifting. in fact, you got a fine high-tech racer with best components which where available at this time.

Looks great tool, but it seems like there a bits of the interior sticking out or is it just the picture. The bits i am on about is the carbon as some bits are darker than the other.

Then if you mean the exterior looking through the glass interior shot then It would be the reflection. ;)

Yeah, I need to fix that. I forgot all about it. :o

Get a steering wheel with pedals, or a game controller with analog inputs if the ME412 is so hard to control.

Either that or edit the physics to give it some downforce and soften the steering if you play offline-only.

Softening the steering doesn't get you kicked, not sure about downforce though.
