    Quick question, they say:

    Atari will release TDU2 Casino Online on the same day as Test Drive Unlimited 2, which can be downloaded on the Xbox Live Marketplace. TDU2 Casino Online includes casino games like poker, roulette, and slots. The player will have a chance to unlock exclusive cars (Audi R8 Spyder and Spyker C8 Aileron) while competing.

    TDU2 Casino Online will also include a track for player to try out the exclusive cars and all prizes and cars won in the game can be carried over into Test Drive Unlimited 2.[10]

    TDU2 Casino Online is also available as a Pre-order bonus at select retailers"

      If you get it for "free" you are probably downloading the same thing the DLC payers are downloading but still.. I'd like some confirmation.

        They are the same thing just that with the pre-order you will get a code that allows you to download it for free.

            I've got a question, if you pre-order the casino you'd still have to play to get the C8 Aileron Spider and R8 Spyder 5.2 FSi Quattro, right? It's a given, but I just wanted to make sure.

                Did a little digging (dunno if it's ok to discuss beta here), but some people in the beta vids say they were lucky in getting one. (Elaborate more, if it's all right.)

                  Free and Premium? Not entirely sure what you're going on about but my interpretation of that would be, based on TDU1, that free will enable you to see the content in the pack but not use it, while premium would allow you to use it. Could well be wrong.

                   

                  Otherwise all I can think of it referring to is that if you pre-order you get it free, if you don't pre-order you have to buy it as "Premium" content. Whatever it means it will be available to all in some capacity or another.

For example my Friend bough 'Borderlands' Full edtion, with all the DLC with it but it was't on the disk, you got DLC codes you have to enter onto PSN to let you download the DLC for free! I said that as someone asked if there was a diffrence between the pre-order and buying it.

                    Thats what I ment to wright it down as, I started to wright it then i answered the phone and diddent read what i'd put down before hand!:eek:

But surely they wont and will do what most games do! Add the cars in a update and when you pay for the DLC your really just paying to unlock them ingame!

                        My guess(/hope): They have the default car/bike just in case theyre testing some DLC or something. All cars will be downloaded to the game automatically with patches so you can see them, but if you want them yourself, you gotta buy the DLC.

                          That's not what he meant...

                           

                          He was suggesting something more akin to the DLC plans for TDU Xbox Forza 3 and many others. Where you download a patch or a free car from the DLC and this gives you the ability to see other people drive in the pay for cars, rather than see a default car for a new Ferrari and see the same default car for a new Audi.

                           

                          E: :damnit: You'll pay for this superhyper! :p

                            I can't know how it works on Xbox, I had it on PC. I read Megapack and ''what you don't have, you don't see'', and to me that sounded too much like the Default Car system.

                              Games like Burnout Paradise for exaple, gave a free update and it would have all the cars on it, but they would't release the cars as DLC for maybe a month or so after. Then when they did it ment i could drive a DLC car and others who's haddent could still see my car.

                              They did the same for NFS:HP as well.

                               

                              Or do what some games do and make it so you can't use a DLC car online...but with TDU that'd be the worse case!

                              Although i'm not sure how they'd do it on the PC, as if the free update has the cars, a few clicks and edits to the code and you have the cars!

                               

                              But like 'superhyper' said, the default car files are probs just there for if a cars beeing tested online!

                                Well it's amazing what JB does but I'm very proud of it lol! You gotta be happy with it if you're in Australia lol. The Aussie JB TDU2 pre-order customers shouldn't complain with that, we're glad for that. ;)

                                  Well.........as long as you can drive better than you can WRITE you won't have to worry about the DLC ..i mean ....letters AND numbers !!!!
