These latest pictures and the video have improved my opinion, it doesn't look quite so chubby or tall. Still not totally sold but once I see one in the wild I imagine I'll love it, tends to be the way.

 

They need someone to redesign the software for that touch screen though, it looks hideous and dated. Especially in such a wild interior.

Saw that video a while back. Google's marketing department didn't really get it... :cheeky: Though I guess that's the only way to attract the attention of people interested in cool-looking cars.

A NEW Pagani! Yes! :chewy: The Zonda was absolutely beatiful, I saw the Huayra in the Shift 2 trailer, maybe not that pretty as the Zonda, but still...

Stunning to behold, and as I've come to expect from Zonda, the interior is truly world class.

 

I want to bring peoples attention to one thing I like particulary well about this car. People have complained about the lack of a rear wing, and some of the more observant ones have noted the flaps in the hood and the tail. Like we've seen several times in cars such as the Veyron or the SLR McLaren, the rear ones act as brake flaps to push the car down under braking. But, they are also controlled induvidually by computers measuring speed, steering input and how the car rolls and pitches etc. etc, and use the flaps to help the car corner better.

 

Example, if it goes around a right corner, the right front and rear flaps fold out, to push the right side of the car down and help it corner more level.

 

This is quite the spectacular concept, one that combines all the pros of a fixed spoiled with none of the drawbacks. When down, the lines of the car remain undisturbed to behold, when cornering, downforce is ready at hand, at high speeds, aerodynamical drag can be keept to a minimum.

Interior is stunning and I love it! But the exterior... not as good as I thought it would be. I prefer the Zonda's exterior by far to be honest..

Read an article in NZ Autocar magazine yesterday, the car is named after a god of wind and is apparently pronounced Why-Ra
