Well, Colorado is home to the Rocky Mountains. It's snowy there too, up high, so I'd imagine there'd be snow - indeed.

iirc He said there will be no snow due to the event being based around the summer and well that does make sense.

Guess what I preordered today!! :D And I'm not even completely disappointed as the shop even had a preorder bonus! (my old choices were LCE w/o preorder bonuses or normal edition w/ both SLS and Golf R, now I'm getting LCE w/ 370Z and I'll even get the Challenger on Forza 4 (which I couldn't care less of :p))

Then he's never been to Colorado. My parents used to own a cottage up there, we'd go up in the summer - the mountains still have snow on them even in the Summer.. so if we can drive even halfway up one, there should be snow.

 

Doubtful that we'll be able to go up mountains. But it would be realistic with the off-road trails anyway..

On the environment note will the game have weather effects i saw something but i doubt it's true.

 

"Forza Horizon" plays a lot with the weather in general and its surroundings.

 

Fully dynamic weather system is included in Forza Horizon. If we decide to shortcut through the desert and it starts to rain, the fine grains becomes thick mud, locking the wheels and slowing the car.

I found it on the forza fourms well it seems to be false news and most likely weather will not be in the game. Meh not fussed.

Shame there will be no rain, would be awesome... :( However the lack of snow in FH doesn't make me sad as I doubt they would add snow tires.

Also intresting to see that the 458 Spyder is in, wonder if the SLS Cabrio is in? Personally I'd of had the 458 Spyder as the pre-order, but oh well.

I wouldn't be surprised, given that the 458 Spyder was likely put in just to get around the 458 coupe being a preorder.
