Hello chaps,

I played TDU some time ago and there was a great site with a lot of - perfectly working with custom data, performance, cam, sound, etc. - mods on it: Called "tdu Forums .com" or something like it. This site seems to be gone and I cannot find it's great ( cars anymore.

I search around in this forum but didn't quite find what I was looking for. I hope you can help me finding those cars:

- 2010 Bentley Continental

- 1992 Bugatti EB110 SS

- 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona

- 1994 Dauer 962

- 1990 Mercedes 190E 2.5 Evolution II

I have the Bugatti SS and the Daytona ill send you them later when i'll be on pc meanwile check out hf garage ru they have lots of good cars there especially muscles

That site is gone, along with all the content that was on it. Your only hope is that other people still have the files.

I took a look at the first pages and they have got some great cars. I try to test them now but I have one big question:

Where do install all those files to exactly (HUD, physics and sounds)?

I'm sure if you hit the search button you'll find how to do these steps, mate. Even a 5 yo kid can simply replace a bnk file in the game's directory.

I'm gonna send you all the cars later ;) I've got all of them fromT-D-U-Forums cars :D

To install HUDs Go to Bnk>FrontEnd>HiRes>Gauges and replace Bnk

To install sounds Go to Bnk>Sound>Vehicules

For the physics it's different. You need TDUPE. Download it, set the Installation directory to "Test Drive Unlimited", import your TDUPk file, save once, write a name for your car in "Name editor" then save.

I might have found a solution for a lot of CTDs. I haven't installed 1.68. I read it's for TDU with MGP only, is there a version for without?

I think we should really create a thread about all the lost mods, there is too much dead links and many modders are gone probably forever... :rolleyes:

I requote what I said a couple of days ago:

I know the rules of the forum, I can't post any mods in threads but I can send it by PM. It's a bit of a shame.... I always respect the great work of modders and I know it's not good to steel mods and post it somewhere else without authorization. But Diablo, Why don't we make a thread with all the mods who have dead links ? I've got about 95% of all the mods who's bean made for TDU and I can share many of them to the community. Many modders of TDU are gone, probably forever and they will never come back for updating there links Also, Speeder on his Big TDU Project would like to introduce some of the best mods made by the community, I can probably help for that. What do you think ?

So again Diablo, Rassva, Andreaz1 and other moderator, what do you think :D
