Ken's 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe

Just a little recap for those who know and something that has happened to me early in February of this year, I was rear ended in my 88' Pontiac Fiero Formula on the drive home from work. This is my car after it was hauled to a towing yard the day after the accident.

My insurance considered the car a "total loss", but they did their research and gave me a nice chunk of change for my car, plus I bought the car back to be used as a parts car for my 87' V8 Fiero.

To replace the "hand me down" Fiero, I decided to move on and get myself a nice base model luxury sports car. (import preferred) Hence the title of this thread.

I love the car, it looks great, I just really dislike those rims. I do love me some stock rims but I know not everyone does haha

I'd imagine it feels like a rolls next to a fiero though :p

Those are actually factory wheels, there is the more "stock" 17" and then the black ones are the 18" performance set. I may buy some wheel spacers because these wheels sit more "in" on the car, not flush with the wheel wells in the way I like them. Then much later on buy some nice summer set of wheels, headlights, front splitter, roof spoiler, and a few other things I might get for the car. I need to install new door locking actuators as well.

And yes, after the heated seats and leather this car is like a Rolls compared to the Formula.

It indeed has that sporty feel. The ride is mostly comfortable, but the low profile tires will make you feel the bumps and cracks in the road. Being that this is an eleven year old car, There are a few typical things that will need to be replaced.

I'm thinking of taking the all mighty 2.8L V6 140hp (lower than that) engine from my Fiero Formula and putting it into the G35.

I'm just going to stop now, leave, and go on to kill myself.
