Yeah, I need to learn how to make PROPER wheel blur :fp:

Select the wheel. Go to Filters -> Blur -> Radial Blur.

Blur Method: Spin

Quality: Best

Amount: 20-40/50 (depending on the effect you want to achieve)

That actually looks pretty awesome to be fair, especially the water.

I had the original on Xbox and it was far from ugly, even on my TV. I might get Assassins Creed 2 for the PC if I can find it cheap enough.
