That's what I thought, too. But the way the car is parked up on the curb hints otherwise...

No actually he may be right! I saw one of them roll out of a hall where there had been a boat show, two years ago. Wasn't really driving on the road tough..

 

It was there because of a boat company called Hydrolift owns Koenigsegg.
